IMPORT CHARGES

Our products are sent from the UK. There might apply local tax and duties outside of the UK which needs to be paid by the customer. Please consult with your country’s customs office. Due to Brexit this is now also applicable to European countries. We’re happy to answer your questions at studio@timnaweber.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with your product, we can issue a refund. Please email us at studio@timnaweber.com for the reason for the return and the order number. You have 14 days to make a return.

We’re happy to exchange for another size or colour. But you will need to make a return first and place a new order. Please, email us at studio@timnaweber.com.

If the mentioned conditions are complied with (regarding timeframe, communication and product condition) there will be a total refund in a maximum timeframe of 30 days.

The right to cancellation will be applicable if and when the items returned to Timna Weber are in the same condition in which they were received, along with the complete original packaging, labels and any other accessory related to the items. Any Timna Weber product that is returned faulty, damaged, dirty, used or deteriorated will not be refunded and will be available to the client being sent back to the address that the products have been shipped from.

For returns, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to studio@timnaweber.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

3. The returns are to be paid the customer and need to include tracking and insurance.

4. The returned articles should be in an unused condition and with the original packaging.

5. You can drop off the return parcel in your nearest post office.

*Please make sure you send your return with a tracking number and insurance (to cover the amount of the garment). We won't be able to give a refund if these steps haven't been followed and the return package is lost or the items damaged. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
